What they need
We are seeking a Servo Engineer with 23 years of experience in servo motors, drives, or linear motion products. This role blends technical after-sales support with sales activities in a new department. Ideal candidates understand wiring, parameter settings, basic programming, and communication protocols (e.g., EtherCAT, pulse).
Responsibilities:
Support after-sales troubleshooting (servo systems, wiring, parameters).
Assist in setting up communication protocols and configuring systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during sales.
Engage with clients on both technical solutions and product sales.
Qualifications:
2–3 years experience with servo/linear motors or drives.
Knowledge of wiring, parameter setting, and protocols (EtherCAT, pulse).
A mix of technical problem-solving and commercial communication skills.
