About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and mechanically minded Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assemble new machines and equipment for our Sales Department, test equipment to ensure it operates properly, and make adjustments as needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, learning how equipment operates, and taking pride in building quality products. Previous service technician or equipment experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Assemble machines, equipment, and components according to specifications and established procedures.
• Test completed equipment to ensure proper operation and performance.
• Troubleshoot assembly or operational issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Document completed assemblies, including work performed and parts used.
• Prepare descriptions of repairs or additional work performed for accurate billing.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
• Complete required training and maintain applicable certifications.
• Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure equipment is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year of service technician, mechanical, equipment assembly, or related experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning how machines and equipment work.
• Ability to learn new equipment, tools, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift certification preferred; we will provide training if needed.
• Medical certificate required for operation of certain vehicles, as applicable.

Pay: From $25.83 per hour
