Setting Out Engineer – Blessington

Glebe Builders is seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer for a new project in Blessington.

This is a fast-paced project, so we’re looking for someone who can work confidently and independently, take ownership of setting out on site, and maintain a high standard of accuracy.

The role

• Carry out setting out and surveying works in line with project drawings and specifications.
• Check dimensions, levels and coordinates, and report any discrepancies.
• Work closely with the site management and construction teams to keep the project progressing.
• Maintain accurate survey records and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer on construction projects.
• Ability to set out independently and manage day-to-day survey requirements on site.
• Confidence reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, proactive approach.
• Relevant surveying equipment and software experience.
