Settlement Coordinator

Kelley Ferraro, LLC, a Plaintiffs’ law firm located in Downtown Cleveland, has an immediate opening for a full-time, entry level claims processor in the Settlements Department. Job responsibilities include online claim review and submission with follow-up, daily client contact, document filing and scanning, and other administrative duties.

The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Access) and be able to handle a high-volume workload. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be an individual who is independently motivated, analytical, well-organized with attention to detail and accuracy, and have a willingness to adapt to shifting priorities. An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, not mandatory. Kelley Ferraro, LLC offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
