Settlement Specialist

• Handle daily settlement of logistics and transportation services, including freight, loading and unloading, warehousing, and delivery charges.

• Verify settlement data based on transportation orders, waybills, proof of delivery, statements, and other supporting documents.

• Reconcile accounts with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal departments, and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare customer and supplier statements and settlement documents, and follow up on approvals and signatures.

• Record and summarize logistics expenses in the company system and ensure accuracy of settlement records.

• Assist the Finance Department with accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliation, month-end closing, and related reports.

• Check and investigate duplicate billing, missing charges, abnormal charges, and other settlement discrepancies.

• File and maintain settlement documents and related records.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in billing, settlement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or logistics-related work.

• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or warehousing is an advantage.

• Knowledge of billing and account reconciliation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Willing to handle financial and transaction records and perform reconciliation tasks.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
