Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits, ensuring consistency with established recipes and mixology standards
• Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations
• Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any guest concerns promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or serving roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or catering events
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and sales tracking
• Demonstrated expertise in mixology, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits experience
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and bill splitting; experience with food industry operations is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment
