We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our restaurant team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, promptly seating them at their tables.

• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage options.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

• Ensure guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks, providing condiments, and addressing any special requests.

• Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and promptly handle any issues or concerns.

• Clear and reset tables after guests have finished their meals, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for incoming guests.

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and completing side work.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle cash transactions.

• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine and cocktail offerings.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
