Sever/Bartender

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
• Ensure proper food handling and food safety procedures are followed at all times
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and change
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations
• Assist in setting up dining areas before service and cleaning after closing shifts
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience
• Handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests
• Basic math skills for cashiering, calculating bills, tips, and change accurately
• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
