What they need

We’re looking for a real operator. Not someone who needs their hand held. Not someone who just wants to ride along. We need someone who can run jobs solo, think on their feet, solve problems in the field, and get dirty when the job calls for it.

If you know how to locate a tank, dig it up (which is often the case), pump it out, run a camera (to identify line integrity), and handle the client discussions, keep reading.

This role is for someone who wants to take ownership in the field. You’ll have the support, equipment, and backing you need, but when you pull up to a job, we want a guy who can figure it out and get it done.

What the job looks like

  • Locate septic tanks and access points
  • Dig and uncover tanks when needed (we have an excavator)
  • Pump septic tanks, grease traps, and non-hazardous waste
  • Run camera inspections and identify problems
  • Handle plumbing and drain-related work tied to the job
  • Perform daily truck inspections and basic equipment checks
  • Communicate clearly with customers on site
  • Work safely, efficiently, and without babysitting

Who we want

  • Someone who can work alone and produce
  • Someone who is comfortable making decisions in the field
  • Someone who knows septic, sewer, grease, drain, and plumbing work
  • Someone who can represent the company well with customers
  • Someone who takes pride in handling tough, messy work the right way

Requirements

  • Experience with septic tanks, grease traps, sewer lines, and field service work
  • Ability to locate, uncover, and pump tanks with minimal oversight
  • Experience using a sewer camera
  • Plumbing and drain cleaning experience preferred
  • CDL Class A or B
  • Air Brake Endorsement
  • Tanker Endorsement
  • Hazmat Endorsement
  • Valid driver’s license with a good record
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Strong work ethic, solid communication, and dependability

What we offer

  • $25-$35/hour (based on experience)
  • Bonus opportunities
  • Company phone and tablet
  • Uniforms
  • Medical and dental benefits
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Advancement opportunity
  • A team that has your back

This is for someone who wants to own their truck, own their route, and own the outcome. You won’t be out there alone, but you do need to be the kind of person who can operate like it.

If you know the work and want to be part of a serious operation, reach out.
