E-commerce Alteration Associate

The E-commerce Alteration Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality garment alterations to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards. This role requires precision, speed, and a strong understanding of tailoring techniques, with a focus on lockstitch and blind stitch finishes.

Skills and Qualification

·       Perform alterations including hemming and seam adjustments.

·       Use sewing machines and hand stitching techniques to complete tasks.

·       Ensure alterations are completed within standard timeframe.

·       Log alteration requests and completion details in the Alterations Log.

·       Ensure customer receipts are properly filled out and attached to garments.

·       Follow alteration standards and escalation protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements

·       At least 6 months to 1 year of college or vocational training in tailoring or related field.

·       Preferably with experience in retail, tailoring, or service-related industry preferred.

·       Proficiency in garment fitting and alteration techniques.

·       Familiarity with lockstitch and blind stitch methods.

·       Ability to operate sewing machines and handle delicate fabrics.

·       Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

·       Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

·       Amenable to work in Paranaque

·       Amenable to work on Holidays and Weekends (1 Weekday off and 1 Weekend off)

·       Amenable to 1 year Project based employment
