What they need
Duties and Responsibilities
Install, set up, and test new machines for production needs, calibrating settings like needle timing, feed mechanisms, and tensions
Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive checks (oiling, belt inspections) to prevent breakdowns.
Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults, including replacing worn parts, motors, or belts
4.Address issues like poor stitch quality, broken needles, or feeding problems by adjusting components and timing.
- Maintain logs of maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
6.Train operators on proper machine usage, basic maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Work with production teams to resolve recurring problems and improve efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php900.00 - Php1,000.00 per day
