What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines
• Sew and assemble high-quality tactical gear
• Inspect finished work for quality
• Meet production and safety standards
• Work as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team

What We’re Looking For

• Sewing experience and knowledge of fabrics/sewing techniques
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to safely operate sewing equipment
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
