We are seeking a detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. Must be able to speak English and Spanish! In this role, you will be responsible for sewing patches onto hats with precision and consistency. The ideal candidate will have experience operating sewing machines and a keen eye for quality to ensure each product meets our standards. Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines to attach patches onto hats accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that patches are sewn securely and aligned properly on each hat.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring stitching is neat and consistent.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area to promote a safe working environment.
• Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience operating sewing machines, preferably in a manufacturing or apparel setting.
• Ability to focus on detail-oriented tasks and maintain accuracy during repetitive work.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to sewing machine operation.
• Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently within a team environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
