Responsibilities

• Operate various types of sewing machines with precision and consistency to assemble textile products according to specifications.
• Follow detailed work orders and production schedules to meet daily output targets.
• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring all items meet quality standards before packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to improve sewing processes and achieve production goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times during shift.

Skills

• Proven experience operating sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or inconsistencies in finished products.
• Basic understanding of textile materials and sewing techniques.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with fast-paced environments.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
