SF QA (FSL+Mobile+Service cloud)

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and automate test cases for Salesforce Service Cloud, FSL, and mobile service delivery modules across iOS/Android.
• Validate end-to-end workflows: service appointment scheduling, resource dispatch, technician mobile check-in/check-out, and real-time service updates.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins and developers to test configuration changes, flows, process builders, and Apex triggers impacting FSL logic.
• Perform mobile-specific testing: offline sync, GPS-based routing, push notifications, and device responsiveness across OS versions.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and severity classification; track resolution via JIRA or similar tools.
• Participate in sprint reviews and contribute to QA best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and test coverage metrics for Service Cloud releases.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Mobile QA Testing (iOS/Android)
• Test Case Design & Execution
• JIRA
• Postman (API testing)
• BrowserStack or Sauce Labs
• Apex & Flow Testing

Preferred

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Service Appointments
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks like Selenium or Protractor
