SFCC QA Lead

SFCC QA Lead | 12-Month Contract

Hours: US Central Time business-hour coverage

Initial contract: 12 months, with extension anticipated

Start: 15 November 2026

Empiric is seeking a hands-on QA Lead to manage quality engineering for a large-scale Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead functional, automation, integration and performance testing.

• Develop and improve Playwright/TypeScript automation.

• Oversee JMeter testing, defect management and release readiness.

• Coordinate a distributed QA team and work closely with engineering and product stakeholders.

• Lead knowledge transfer and support scheduled production releases, including releases beginning at 10pm Central Time.

Requirements:

• Strong e-commerce QA experience, including hands-on leadership.

• SFCC or comparable enterprise commerce platform experience.

• Playwright, TypeScript, TestRail, BrowserStack and JMeter.

• API testing, CI/CD and Agile delivery experience.

• Ideally 8–12 years in QA, including 3+ years in leadership.
