• Responsibilities:Salesforce Implementation:Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions based on business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
• Configuration and Customization:Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business processes
• Develop and implement custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules
• Data Management:Oversee data migration and integration activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Create and maintain data models, mapping, and transformation processes
• User Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features
• Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
• Salesforce Administration:Perform routine administrative tasks, including user management, profile configuration, and security settings
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed

• Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations
