We deliver customer 360 solutions and real-time personalization for B2B and B2C customers using modern data architectures and Salesforce stack integrations. This fully remote role drives Data Cloud adoption and implementation across global client engagements.

Role Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions: ingestion, XDM data modelling, identity resolution, segmentation, compute and activation.
• Design and deploy data ingestion pipelines and connectors (batch, streaming, APIs) and integrate source systems using MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms.
• Author and optimize SQL- and query-based Compute Recipes and Query Studio logic to power realtime segments and activation use-cases.
• Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds and external warehouses to enable unified customer profiles and activation workflows.
• Establish data governance, consent management, monitoring, and performance tuning to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
• Define engineering best practices, support deployments and CI/CD for Data Cloud configurations, and mentor cross-functional teams on CDP patterns.
