What they need
5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on FSL development experience (min. 2 years)
Hands-on experience with Service Cloud + Field Service Lightning (FSL)
Experience in FSL configuration & development: Work Orders, Service Appointments, Dispatcher Console, Scheduling
Good understanding of FSL scheduling, dispatching, and workforce optimization
Exposure of working with European client (French client good to have)
Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I
Salesforce Field Service Consultant
