Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis:Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to understand SFDC application requirements
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive test cases and test scripts
• Test Planning:Develop test plans and strategies for SFDC applications, considering both manual and automated testing approaches
• Define test scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria
• Test Automation with Tosca:Utilize Tricentis Tosca to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for SFDC applications
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and scalable testing
• Regression Testing:Conduct regression testing to validate that new developments and enhancements do not negatively impact existing SFDC functionality
• Automate regression test suites to streamline repetitive testing processes
• Performance Testing:Collaborate with performance testing teams to ensure SFDC applications meet performance and scalability requirements
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in collaboration with development teams
• Defect Management:Report, track, and manage defects using relevant tools
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
• Test Execution:Execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of SFDC application functionality
• Provide timely and accurate test status reports to project stakeholders
• Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and administrators, to ensure a collaborative and cohesive testing process
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide testing input during sprint planning
• Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test plans, and testing processes
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the testing team
