Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (SFMC)

What you ll do

Your mission as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (SFMC) will be

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Campaign Development: Creating and managing email templates, automation workflows, and personalized email campaigns.
• Data Management: Handling data extensions, segmentation, and ensuring data integrity within the Marketing Cloud.
• Integration: Integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms using APIs and connectors.
• Journey Builder: Designing and implementing customer journeys using Journey Builder to automate marketing processes.
• Scripting: Writing AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) to customize and enhance email content and functionality.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports and analyzing campaign performance to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to email deliverability, data synchronization, and other technical problems.
• Collaboration: Working closely with marketing teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with business goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree
• Language Level: Advanced English
• Background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC
• Experience in automations and journeys development maintenance
• Expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data Architecture, Data Extensions, Lists, Contact Model
• Experience with external integrations and data transfer processes eg FTP Marketing Cloud Connect APIs
• Familiarity with agile software development teams and practices
• Strong planning organizational and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and other MS Office tools
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter results driven and quick learner with a proactive mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Javascript, SQL, HTML, CSS
• Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Connect Google Analytics 360, REST API e API
• Understanding of international and national email regulations eg LGPD CANSPAM GDPR CCPA
• Experience with Salesforces platforms Sales Cloud Service Cloud Commerce Cloud Marketing Cloud Connect Google Analytics 360 Familiarity with cross browser issues and render testing tools eg Litmus Email on Acid
• Knowledge of SOAP APIs REST APIs and integration techniques
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills eg use of email protocol health tools Intelligence Reports
