Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience to design, develop, and support digital marketing campaigns and customer engagement solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SFMC modules and a strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Develop and maintain customer journeys, email templates, automations, and data extensions
• Configure and support Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
• Create and optimize SQL queries for audience segmentation and campaign reporting
• Develop dynamic and personalized email content using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SSJS
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and deliver solutions
• Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot SFMC-related issues
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy standards

Requirements

• Min 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
• Experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and ServerSide JavaScript (SSJS)
• Understanding of subscriber management, audience segmentation, and personalization
• Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM or other external systems
• Knowledge of RESTSOAP APIs and data migration processes
