About the team

Our General Health Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a hybrid team of operations and healthcare professionals who oversee our medical operations across Online & Offline GP services, mobile clinics, health screening, and radiology services. With our patients as our top priority, we work closely together to deliver accessible, high-quality care powered by innovative medical technology.

About the role

Help keep our mobile healthcare services running smoothly across Singapore, supporting our doctors and nurses as they deliver trusted care to patients at corporate and home-based settings.

As a Mobile Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in coordinating daily mobile operations across health screenings, vaccinations, medical consultations, and nursing procedures. You’ll work closely with our mobile healthcare team, patients, and corporate clients to make sure every visit is well-coordinated and delivered smoothly. This role is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Manager, Mobile Services.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate home visits, corporate health screenings, and clinic appointments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Support doctors and nurses during on-site services, helping them deliver a seamless experience for patients and clients.
• Manage medical equipment and stock to ensure the mobile team has the right supplies for every visit.
• Perform phlebotomy and simple health screening procedures safely and confidently when required.
• Keep documentation, claims, and medical reports accurate and up to date.
• Respond to patient and client enquiries professionally, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
• Work closely with the mobile team to identify operational gaps and improve day-to-day processes.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves

• Relevant healthcare qualification such as NITEC/Higher NITEC in Nursing, Healthcare, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting such as a clinic, hospital, mobile healthcare service, or similar environment.
• Comfortable supporting healthcare professionals and interacting directly with patients and corporate clients.
• Able to perform or willing to learn basic healthcare procedures such as phlebotomy and health screening.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to manage documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work a 5.5-day work week (average 44 hours/week) and travel regularly to different locations across Singapore.

Nice-to-haves

• Phlebotomy certification or experience.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) + AED certification.
• Experience in mobile healthcare, health screening, vaccination, or corporate healthcare services.
• Ability to speak languages other than English.
