Overview
General Manager

Typical work hours: Wednesday through Sunday, with hours varying based on club events and operational needs.

Primary Function - This position performs a variety of administrative, customer service, and facility maintenance functions in support of Salisbury Gun Club’s members, Board of Directors, visitors, and vendors.

Maintains the privacy of club business and the privacy of members and/or employees. This position holder may have knowledge of private details pertaining to members, potential members, club finances, and employees. This information shall not be shared.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate smll farm equipment.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a small farm tractor to laod traps and support club operations.
• Handle trash removal, clean-up, and general facility maintenance tasks.
• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance as needed.
• coordinate with subcontractors for repairs, maintenance, and other service needs.
• Operate the cash register and assist with basic transaction duties.
• Supervise and coordinate part-time employees.
• Assist club volunteers before, during, and after events.
• Attend the monthly evening Board of Directors meeting.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
