- Monitor raw materials, clinker, additives, and cement quality parameters.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce variation.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Sales teams for quality-related issues.
- Lead audits, quality certifications, and customer complaint resolution.
- Develop and mentor the quality team.
