Job Purpose This position is for Sarlanagar Cement Works, Sedam, Karnataka Position Title: SH Technical Services (Digitalization/ Lean) To lead Lean, Digitalization and Low-Cost Automation Initiatives apart from other Total Employee Involvement Initiatives driving Manufacturing excellence.

Key Result Areas Supporting Actions Digital / Automation Projects

• Implement digital governance frameworks ensuring consistency, scalability, and sustainability of digital solutions.
• Partnering with different department and helping in execution & completion of digital projects which are going on in Unit.
• Ensure Digital / Automation Projects are implemented and regularly reviewed for the business impact.
• Regular contributions to strategic planning, development of function-specific digital initiatives, and alignment of these initiatives with overarching digital transformation objectives.
• Oversee the development and dissemination of digital training programs, customizing initiatives per team needs and tracking their effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Sustain Unit Level Initiatives Visual - To improve the visuals in plant & Colonies with phase wise implementation

Achieving the scrap target of the plant through
