The Wingate Spa is seeking a warm, reliable, and motivated Shampoo Assistant to join our salon team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves people, enjoys working in a beautiful environment, and is interested in learning the salon industry from experienced professionals.

No license or salon experience is required. We are happy to train the right person.

At The Wingate, we believe exceptional guest experiences begin long before the service itself. As a Shampoo Assistant, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, relaxing, and seamless experience for every guest while gaining hands-on exposure to a thriving salon and spa environment.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth Provide relaxing shampoo and conditioning services following salon protocols Prepare guests for their services and assist stylists throughout the day Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of salon spaces Support the team with daily salon operations and guest care Help create the elevated experience The Wingate is known for

• Friendly, positive, and dependable personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Eagerness to learn and grow within the beauty and wellness industry Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful space Previous salon experience is a plus, but not required
