Build your career in the beauty industry with Adolf Biecker Salon! We are looking for a friendly, dependable Shampoo Assistant to support our talented salon team and help create an exceptional experience for every guest.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on salon experience, learn from experienced professionals, and grow your skills in a luxury salon environment. Previous salon experience is helpful, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.

Schedule

Approximately 32–40 hours per week.

Preferred availability: Tuesday through Saturday, between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

• Shampoo and prepare guests for salon services
• Provide relaxing scalp treatments
• Offer beverages and help guests feel welcomed and comfortable
• Support stylists and colorists throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment
• Assist with laundry, stocking, and other salon support duties
• Recommend Aveda products when appropriate to enhance the guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, positive, dependable, and professional
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Genuine interest in the beauty and salon industry
• Team-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
• Salon experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the salon for extended periods while assisting guests and the salon team.
