Shared Living Provider (HCBS Services)

Developmental Educational and Behavioral Outcomes is currently seeking compassionate individuals interested in becoming a Shared Living Provider for an adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This subcontracted opportunity allows you to provide support in a home-based environment while partnering with an agency committed to person-centered services.

What You'll Do

As a Shared Living Provider, you will:

• Create and maintain a safe, welcoming home environment
• Support daily living activities and skill development
• Encourage community participation and personal growth
• Assist with medical, behavioral, and social support needs
• Complete required HCBS documentation and comply with regulatory standards

Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
• Successfully complete required background screenings, including APS, CPS, Sex Offender Registry, State Patrol, and FBI checks
• Participate in required provider training and ongoing quality monitoring

Compensation & Support

Monthly reimbursement, room and board arrangements, and additional support services are determined by the specific needs of the individual receiving services.
