Shared Services Operations Coordinator

Oversees and coordinates shared services operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of assigned processes. Monitors service performance, addresses operational concerns, and ensures compliance with established policies and procedures. Collaborates with stakeholders, identifies process improvement opportunities, prepares reports, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Performs other related functions as assigned.

Role Overview

The role will fill in the critical position supporting the Life Insurance and Operations Integration Lead. It will effectively be an Operations and Support role, initially tasked to: the MaxiLife Customer Touchpoint workstream (focusing on how to reach the various markets and promote products via the identified customer touchpoints), support the entire MaxiLife to MaxiGroup Operations integration initiative (shared services platform), and initiate the data analytics and dashboard reporting capability and structure. The role will be part of the Operations support structure and will collaborate with the various units involved in ensuring the business unit is properly supported in operations and that the customer is given proper care, value and importance.

Qualifications (Who are we looking for?) Someone…

• with life insurance experience (1-5 years); with HMO experience an advantage
• who has attained leadership status
• preferably, who has completed, or taken, LOMA courses for FLMI distinction
• with people skills and good at working with people from different disciplines
• with expert knowledge in data analytics and reports
• with expert knowledge in project management (PM) and business analysis (BA)
• with advance knowledge in marketing and working with markets and customers
• with advance knowledge in customer journeys, workflows and customer touchpoints
• with expert knowledge in word processors and visual tools for presentations
• with advance knowledge in strategy generation and planning
• with advance exposure to and use of technology and allied applications
