• Serve as a primary point of contact by professionally handling customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and chat channels
• Provide essential administrative and operational support across multiple business units
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance, efficiency, and smooth workflows
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and service enhancements
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service standards and shared services best practices
