Shared Services Transformation Director

We are conducting a confidential search for a Shared Services Transformation Director to lead the design and rollout of a global business services (GBS) model from a Warsaw base, working hybrid. Warsaw is one of Europe's largest shared-services and GBS hubs, and this is a director-level opportunity for a transformation leader who can consolidate fragmented back-office functions into a scalable operating model.

In this role, you will own the transformation roadmap for consolidating finance, HR, and IT support functions into a unified shared-services organisation, lead process standardisation and re-engineering across in-scope functions, and direct the evaluation and rollout of RPA and workflow automation to reduce manual processing volume. You will design and implement SLA governance frameworks connecting shared-services performance to business unit satisfaction, and lead migration waves transitioning processes from local markets into the Warsaw centre.

You will build and lead a team of transformation managers and process owners, partner with finance, HR, and IT leadership across source markets on change management and stakeholder alignment, and represent transformation progress to the executive steering committee. You will also own the business case and benefits tracking for the transformation programme, including cost-to-serve reduction and service-quality improvement.

• Background leading process migration waves from multiple source markets
• Experience with RPA and workflow automation tooling (UiPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent)
• Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma certification
• Track record building SLA governance frameworks for shared services
