Contract : 12 months

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint & Power Automate Developer to design, develop, customize, and support end-to-end business solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate.

The primary focus of this role will be SharePoint site development and backend business process automation using Microsoft Power Automate. The candidate should be capable of independently understanding business requirements, designing technical solutions, developing workflows, implementing integrations, and delivering complete SharePoint-based automation solutions.

Power Apps / Power Platform - 4+ Years

.NET Web & API Development- 5+ Years

React.js / SharePoint Framework (SPFx) - 4+ Years

SQL Server, Stored Procedures & Functions - 5+ Years

Android Mobile Application Development - 3+ Years

DevOps, Repository Management & CI/CD - 2+ Years

Power BI - 2+ Years – Good to Have

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, pages, and document management solutions.
• Design and implement Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, document processing, escalations, and business process automation.
• Independently analyze requirements and deliver end-to-end SharePoint-based solutions.
• Integrate SharePoint and Power Automate with external applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Develop supporting solutions using Power Apps, React.js, SPFx, .NET, and Web APIs as required.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and database integrations.
• Manage solution deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, integrations, and applications.
• Implement best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work with source control, repository management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions within agreed timelines.Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in:
• SharePoint development and customization.
• Power Automate workflow development.
• Business process and approval automation.
• SharePoint and Power Automate integrations.
• End-to-end solution design, development, deployment, and support.
• Experience with Power Apps, .NET, React/SPFx, SQL Server, Android, DevOps, and Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with a general full-stack development background but limited hands-on SharePoint and Power Automate experience will not be prioritized.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
