About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, SharePoint development, and Microsoft Azure to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of an enterprise document management platform.

The platform supports secure document storage, collaboration, access management, and document lifecycle governance across global business engagements. It enables users to manage contracts, deliverables, and working documents while enforcing role-based permissions, controlled sharing, and engagement-specific retention requirements.

The ideal candidate brings a strong backend engineering background, hands-on SharePoint development experience, and the ability to work across the full application stack, including React-based user interfaces, service-layer development, and Azure cloud integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, React, and Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and integrate SharePoint-based document management capabilities, including document repositories, workspace management, collaboration, and access-control functionality.
• Design, build, and maintain backend services, business logic, and RESTful APIs that support communication between SharePoint, application components, databases, and Azure services.
• Develop and maintain Azure Function Apps to support serverless business logic, application integrations, background processing, and automated workflows.
• Implement and enhance role-based access control (RBAC), user provisioning, and authorization functionality to ensure users can access appropriate documents and workspaces based on their roles and organizational assignments.
• Support document lifecycle management functionality, including engagement initiation, active collaboration, completion, and document retention processes.
• Develop and maintain responsive, reusable frontend components using React, ensuring effective integration with backend services.
• Work with relational and NoSQL data sources, including SQL Server and Azure Cosmos DB, to support application data access and persistence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents across frontend, backend, and cloud components.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, and continuous improvement of application architecture and development practices.

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in full-stack application development, with particular emphasis on backend engineering using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience developing, customizing, or integrating solutions within the SharePoint ecosystem, particularly enterprise document management or collaboration applications.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure, including developing, deploying, or maintaining cloud-based applications and services.
• Practical experience developing and maintaining Azure Function Apps.
• Strong understanding of service-layer development, including RESTful APIs, business logic implementation, backend integrations, and communication between application components.
• Experience developing web application interfaces using React, with the ability to integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, application architecture, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise applications involving multiple integrated systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL queries, data access, and relational database integration.
• Experience with Azure Cosmos DB, including application integration and working with NoSQL data models.
• Experience implementing or maintaining role-based access control, authorization, or automated user provisioning within enterprise applications.
• Experience developing backend services and integrations supporting document management, collaboration, or content lifecycle workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), particularly React-based SharePoint customizations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST APIs, or PnP libraries for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, or other authentication and authorization mechanisms used in Microsoft environments.
• Familiarity with additional Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Service Bus, Azure Blob Storage, or Azure Key Vault.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with automated testing, application monitoring, and performance optimization in cloud-hosted enterprise applications.
