Sharepoint Operation Specialist

Experience: 6-8 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*6+ years of professional experience** in operations, technical support, platform administration, project coordination, digital operations, or a related field.
* Hands-on experience with **platform administration, user administration, access management, permissions, and security groups**.
* Experience supporting **Microsoft SharePoint or a comparable enterprise content-management platform**.
* Strong understanding of user access and permission-management processes.* Experience generating, analysing, and communicating **operational or platform usage reports**.
* Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to independently resolve standard platform issues and appropriately escalate complex incidents.
* Experience managing **shared support inboxes, ticket queues, or service-request queues**.
* Experience training, onboarding, and supporting users on enterprise platforms.
* Strong stakeholder-management and customer-service skills.
* Experience working with geographically distributed or international stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and projects simultaneously.
* Proactive approach to **platform maintenance, content governance, and issue prevention**.
* Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based environment with daily stand-ups.
* Ability and willingness to learn organization-specific platforms, tools, workflows, and processes.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
