SharePoint Programme Manager – Senior

Senior SharePoint Programme Manager – Dublin (onsite, 3-year contract) ALLPS is building a SharePoint team for a central government department in Dublin. You will lead the department's SharePoint programme: stabilising legacy platforms, modernising, migrating, and improving the service, while business-critical services keep running. What you will do

• Lead the SharePoint portfolio across legacy support, modernisation, migration and operational improvement.
• Build and resource the delivery team; define roles, ways of working, and continuity plans.
• Lead project managers and cross-functional teams; remove blockers and keep priorities clear.
• Own the programme roadmap, governance, reporting, dependencies, risks and benefits realisation.
• Engage senior and executive stakeholders, sponsors and governance boards.

What you need

• 7+ years managing complex ICT or digital programmes in large enterprise or public-sector environments.
• Named SharePoint (or comparable collaboration platform) programmes you have delivered.
• Experience building multi-disciplinary teams and leading project managers across several streams.
• Structured programme governance (MSP or equivalent), including benefits realisation.
• Understanding of the risks of SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SPSE) and SharePoint Online.

Nice to have

• Awareness of solutions built on InfoWise Ultimate Forms and Sintel Forms.
• Familiarity with OGCIO / Build to Share guidance and the Public Service ICT Strategy.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM, or Microsoft 365 certifications.
