IDEO Digital is looking for an experienced SharePoint Project Manager to lead complex enterprise projects involving SharePoint Online, SharePoint Modern, and Microsoft Power Platform.

The role combines end-to-end project management with hands-on technical expertise, leading implementation teams and working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online / SharePoint Modern – Must .
• Experience leading SharePoint migration and implementation projects – Must .
• Practical experience with Power Apps and Power Automate – Must .
• Experience managing and professionally leading developers and implementation teams.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, permissions, and business workflows.
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
