• Organize, maintain, and manage technical documentation related to IT infrastructure, networking, and operations.
• Design and maintain structured SharePoint sites, document libraries, and folders for efficient information management.
• Apply SharePoint document management best practices, including version control, metadata, permissions, and governance.
• Review, classify, and categorize technical documents to improve accessibility and searchability.
• Quickly understand unfamiliar technical content and organize it into logical documentation structures.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, current, standardized, and aligned with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and IT operations teams to gather and validate technical documentation.
• Identify documentation gaps and proactively develop plans to improve document quality and organization.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and driving documentation initiatives to completion.
• Develop and execute documentation management strategies that enhance operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Partner effectively with offshore teams to coordinate documentation updates, reviews, and ongoing maintenance.
• Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills while supporting cross-functional technical teams.
