Job Title: Senior SharePoint Practitioner (Japanese Language Specialist)

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Payroll (One of the MNC Client)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience Required: 5-13 years

Language Requirement: Must be proficient in Japanese (spoken & written)

Interview Process:

• L1: Face-to-Face Interview
• L2: Virtual Call

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SharePoint development, customization, and administration.
• Collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure smooth migration, integration, and optimization of SharePoint environments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint issues.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in SharePoint (2013/2016/Online).
• Japanese language proficiency (mandatory).
• Experience in workflows, InfoPath, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
• Knowledge of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Office 365, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience working in multicultural teams.
