Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage, retail, or customer service is an advantage
• HRM graduate, undergraduate, or any related course is an advantage
• Willing to undergo local training

Job Description

Main Bartender

• Prepare and mix drinks following standard recipes.
• Ensure drinks are safe, accurate, and of good quality.
• Keep the bar station clean and organized.
• Monitor ingredients and supplies.
• Accountable for drink preparation errors, cup shortages, and ingredient variances.

Side Bartender

• Assist the Main Bartender in preparing drinks.
• Ensure drinks meet quality standards.
• Keep the bar station clean and organized.
• Help monitor ingredients and supplies.
• Accountable for drink preparation errors, cup shortages, and ingredient variances.

Cashier

• Welcome customers and assist with their orders.
• Recommend drinks and confirm sugar and ice preferences.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor cashiering supplies and maintain the cash drawer.
• Promote add-ons and ongoing promotions.
• Accountable for order-taking and cash discrepancies.

Kitchen Staff

• Prepare and cook snacks following standard procedures.
• Ensure proper food preparation, storage, and handling.
• Monitor ingredient quality and shelf life.
• Apply the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized.

Dispatching Staff

• Greet customers and serve orders promptly.
• Verify orders before releasing them.
• Assist customers with inquiries.
• Recommend products when needed.
• Thank customers and encourage them to visit again.

General Responsibilities

• Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow company policies, food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards.
• Stay updated on menu changes and promotions.
• Perform assigned duties professionally and follow management instructions.
• Protect the company's interests at all times.
