We are looking for an experienced and skilled Shawarma Chef to prepare delicious shawarma, wraps, and other menu items (Club Sandwich, Lemonade and others items) while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook chicken shawarma according to recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain shawarma grills, rotisseries, and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Marinate meat and prepare sauces, garlic mayonnaise, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Slice cooked meat properly and assemble shawarma wraps, sandwiches, and platters.
• Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food storage.
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation. Manage ingredient stock and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
• Follow food safety regulations and kitchen procedures.
• Work efficiently during busy hours and coordinate with other kitchen staff.
• Minimize food waste and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Shawarma Chef or Shawarma Maker is preferred.
• Knowledge of meat preparation, marination, grilling, and shawarma assembly.
• Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and skills.
