H&H Truck and Outdoor is an established 39 year old company located in Alabaster, AL, looking for skilled Shed Builder/ Carpenter applicants for a full time position. At H&H, we build custom wood sheds at our manufacturing facility in Alabaster. We are looking for leaders who excel in a team environment. Position Summary

You’ll work in a team environment, using tools to construct durable wood sheds that stand up to the elements. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills or take the next step in a hands-on, reliable career. This position pays $48,000 - $52,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Using power tools to assemble floors, wall sections, doors, and trusses
• Cutting lumber or sheeting
• Installing doors and windows
• Installing metal roofing sheets
• Painting and caulking
• Any other fabricating and assembly duties associated with the construction of H&H Wood Sheds
• Ensure building material inventory is stored and maintained properly
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained in good working condition
• Communicate and work well with other Shed Builder team members
• Create and lead a positive culture that promotes good morale
• Extremely high standards related to quality in workmanship

Requirements

• Work experience in framing, painting, or construction is highly preferred.
• Ability to use standard construction hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Knowledge of construction practices and terminology
• Working safely and keeping other team members safe in a shop setting
• Ability to read and/or understand instructions given by Production Supervisor
• Must have a keen eye for detail and drive to produce a quality product
