Sheet Machine Operator

AlMUTAHIDA PACKAGING is seeking a skilled and motivated Sheet Machine Operator to join our Production Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining sheet production machines to ensure efficient production, high product quality, and compliance with safety standards.

About the Job:

• Operate and set up the Sheet Machine according to the production plan.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Record production data, machine parameters, and downtime accurately.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Minimize material waste and maximize production efficiency.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating Sheet Machines or similar equipment in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of machine operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of quality standards and manufacturing best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
