Sheet Metal Worker/Millwright/Fabricator

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker/Millwright to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products according to specifications, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Measure, cut, bend, and weld sheet metal to required dimensions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery (shears, brakes, presses, etc.)
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all health and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker certification (or equivalent trade qualification)
• and/or Journeyman Millwright
• Welding experience an asset
• Proficient in the use of sheet metal tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $42.00-$45.00 per hour
