Help shape brand messaging, corporate communication, announcements, newsletters, and media outreach.

02. Talent Acquisition & HR

Support recruitment campaigns, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate tracking, and onboarding.

03. Batch & Academic Coordination

Coordinate class schedules, attendance, student communication, academic records, and batch reporting.

04. Content Creation

Develop engaging captions, scripts, blogs, short-form video concepts, and platform-specific content in English and Bangla.

05. Program & Event Coordination

Support webinars, workshops, events, speaker coordination, invitations, and post-event reporting.

06. Social Media & Digital Marketing

Assist with content calendars, social media publishing, community engagement, lead coordination, and campaign performance tracking.

07. Sales & Admissions Support

Help manage inquiries, follow up with prospective learners, update CRM records, and support counselling and demo-class coordination.

08. Graphics & Motion Design

Create visual content, social media creatives, photocards, carousels, reels, and motion graphics using relevant design tools and AI-assisted workflows.

09. Editorial & Media Relations

Research stories, write and edit articles, prepare news photocards, support media outreach, and contribute to digital publishing.

10. Business Development & Strategy — CEO’s Office

Conduct market research, explore growth opportunities, prepare presentation materials, and support business briefs and strategic projects.

SheraGen interns will contribute to practical assignments aligned with their respective tracks. Depending on the role, projects may include:

• Creating content, graphics, videos, and social media campaigns.
• Supporting recruitment, candidate communication, and employee onboarding.
• Coordinating academic batches, student inquiries, and learning activities.
• Researching markets, competitors, audiences, and emerging trends.
• Assisting with sales inquiries, lead tracking, and admissions support.
• Preparing articles, news content, press materials, and media reports.
• Coordinating events, webinars, and cross-functional projects.
• Supporting business research, presentations, and operational improvements.

Every intern will have defined responsibilities, a reporting supervisor, and performance expectations.

All interns are expected to:

• Meet agreed deadlines and weekly deliverables.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Share regular progress updates with their supervisors.
• Participate in relevant team meetings and learning sessions.
• Collaborate respectfully across departments and business units.
• Protect confidential company, employee, student, and client information.
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a willingness to improve.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome applications from ambitious individuals who are ready to turn their potential into practical experience.

Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program.
• Relevant academic backgrounds may include Business Administration, English, HRM, Mass Communication, Marketing, Design, IT, and other disciplines, depending on the selected track.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Bangla, where relevant to the role.
• Basic familiarity with digital productivity tools such as MS Office and Google Workspace.
• A proactive attitude, curiosity, teamwork, and a willingness to take ownership.
• Availability to commit to the agreed program duration and working schedule.

Previous internship experience is welcome but is not mandatory for every track.

Extra Points if You Have

• A portfolio of designs, articles, videos, campaigns, or other relevant work.
• Experience managing social media pages or participating in campus clubs and volunteer initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Canva AI.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Notion, Trello, Asana, or relevant track-specific software.

• Frequency: Twice a year
• Duration: 3 months, with extension subject to business requirements and performance
• Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh — on-site
• Working hours: Proposed schedule: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday–Thursday, subject to final confirmation and track requirements
• Stipend: Monthly stipend, according to the approved program terms
• Supervision: Assigned department supervisor, with overall program coordination by HR & Administration
• Career pathway: High-performing interns may be considered for relevant full-time opportunities, subject to vacancies and selection.
