■ Minimum Requirements

• Experience utilizing Generative AI or AI-driven development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).

• 3+ years of practical Web application development experience.

• Experience building and operating in public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).

• Team development experience and the ability to negotiate/communicate smoothly with clients and stakeholders (Fluent Japanese required).

■ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing systems utilizing Generative AI / LLM / RAG.

• Experience promoting Agile development and DevOps practices.

• Experience proactively making technical selections and architectural decisions (e.g., Lead Engineer experience).
