SHES Lead - Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & Health Leadership: Build and run daily OSH programs, safety meetings, and routine site checks.
• Environmental Management: Oversee waste handling, emission tracking, and green regulatory compliance.
• Security & Asset Protection: Manage site physical security, access control rules, and asset monitoring systems.
• Consultancy & Advisory: Act as an internal OSH consultant to guide management on risk mitigation and legal updates.
• Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analysis for workplace accidents and file correct prevention updates.
• Training & Drills: Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or Environmental Science.

Certifications: Valid OSH Consultant or Senior Practitioner accreditation (such as DOLE-BOSH/COSH requirements locally)

Core Skills: Risk assessment, incident command, regulatory insight, and clear training abilities.
