Schedule: Continental shifts: 6:30 am - 7:30 pm, 6:30 pm – 7:30 am

Availability Required: Mon-Sun, days and overnights

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Set up warehouse rotation
• Account for team members throughout the plant
• Lead, coach and support team members
• Address attendance, discipline and employee relations concerns
• Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
• Promote a strong safety culture
• Complete departmental audits
• Ensure accurate communication and data entry

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, or people management experience required.
• Experience managing attendance, performance, disciplinary matters, and employee relations issues.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and safe work practices.
• Experience conducting operational, safety, or quality audits.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Forklift experience and/or knowledge of warehouse operations are considered an asset.
