Lead daily store-floor activities to ensure smooth, efficient shifts and strong customer experiences.

• Coordinate staffing coverage and support effective team scheduling.
• Oversee and coordinate product demonstrations to ensure consistent execution.
• Manage merchandising standards, including product presentation and planogram compliance.
• Support customer service goals by helping resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify issues in real time, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in line with company standards.
• Partner with store leadership to drive daily operational priorities.
