About The Role As a Shift Coordinator , you’ll lead frontline teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes. Reporting to the Manufacturing Coordinator, you’ll be the key escalation point on shift, ensuring operations run smoothly while fostering a strong team culture and continuous improvement mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support shift teams to meet production targets and KPIs
• Drive a strong safety-first culture, including incident reporting and investigations
• Ensure product quality and compliance standards are consistently met
• Coordinate workflows, resources, and materials to optimise efficiency
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Monitor performance, address issues proactively, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver toolbox talks and promote team engagement initiatives
• Oversee shift reporting, documentation, and handovers

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in a Team Leader / Supervisor role within manufacturing
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and operational processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Experience coordinating production schedules and managing workflows
• Proficiency in MS Office and production/reporting systems

Desirable

• Certificate III in Frontline Leadership (or similar)
• Experience in grains, stockfeed, or agricultural manufacturing
